Description

The mean-spirited Mr. Bang makes a $10 bet with Skipper that the Toonerville Trolley can't get him to the main train line on time. Skipper takes the bet, not realizing that the two men are traveling right into a tornado. Without the clever Katrinka, all bets would be off. She saves her husband, the foul-tempered Mr. Bang and the trolley from the deadly furies of Mother Nature.
